Our policies are now on-line

Freatured-Products-Images-6Under the About Us section, we have published our policies for the site privacy and the product refund policies.

The refund policies – when applicable – refer to this site (Balearic Dynamics main site) and all the other e-commerce portals where you can find our products or project kits.

What about the warranty plans?

As the warranty plans and policies differ depending on product categories, please follow the warranty information link at the bottom of every listed product.

Why some prices are different compared to other platforms?

There are two important reasons.

In some cases, for example to promote a certain market or a certain selling channel, for a limited time period, we decide to sell a product at a better price on some platforms. As this is a promotion of the product this will be notified wherever possible, including this main site.

In other cases instead prices can differ somehow due to different taxation or different shipping methods. The bare price of the products is anyway equivalent so users can buy on the platform they prefer. At the date we are selling on Alibaba.com, Etsy.com and hopefully in the next days our products will be available on Amazon as well.
